Bayou Cyber Solutions, LLC offers a money-back guarantee for LickLaboratory Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason.

How to request a refund

Email support@licklab.net with your purchase email and order or transaction reference. For a Paddle purchase, you may also contact Paddle buyer support. Do not send full payment-card details.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider and ordinarily returned to the original payment method. The provider and your bank determine when the refund appears. A refunded Pro license may be revoked; this does not affect a separately obtained Free edition.

Mandatory rights

The guarantee is additional to applicable statutory rights and Paddle’s refund policy. Nothing here limits mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights. If required by law, or where Paddle grants a refund under its terms, a refund may be available beyond our guarantee period.
