Terms of sale
Updated October 13, 2026
LickLaboratory is software provided by Bayou Cyber Solutions, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company. These terms describe the planned public LickLaboratory Pro offer. Public sales are not open yet, and these pages do not accept preorders. Existing private beta participation is governed by the pre-release testing terms.
License and purchased version
A Pro purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the purchased major version of LickLaboratory Pro, subject to the license terms supplied with that release. Updates within that major version are included. A future major version requires a separate purchase unless the offer expressly includes it. “Perpetual” describes the purchased version’s license duration; it does not promise perpetual hosting, support, or compatibility with future operating systems.
The supported platforms and release version will be identified before the purchase is enabled. Device limits and any upgrade offer will be stated in the final product license and checkout offer.
Price and payment
Pro MSRP is $129.99 USD as a one-time purchase. Promotions may change the actual sale price. Applicable taxes, currency conversion, discounts, and the final amount payable are displayed before payment. There is no recurring Pro subscription under this offer.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for transactions processed through Paddle. Those transactions also follow Paddle’s buyer terms. An offer is not an order confirmation. Keep the checkout receipt and use an email address you can access.
Delivery
When public sales open, license delivery and access instructions will be sent to the purchase email after successful payment. Contact support if delivery fails. Missing marketing attribution or a mailing-list signup must not prevent purchase or delivery.
Refunds and consumer rights
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us or Paddle to exclude.
Your responsibilities
Use the software lawfully. Only import, record, or distribute audio and other materials you have permission to use. Protect license credentials. Do not bypass licensing controls, distribute license credentials, or redistribute the software except where expressly permitted. Third-party and open-source components retain their applicable license rights.
